Socialfly, a fast-growing social media marketing and influencer agency with headquarters in New York is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic Account Supervisor with excellent interpersonal skills to help lead and manage social media marketing campaigns for clients in a diverse array of industries from Fashion and Editorial to Finance.

MISSION:

To lead and manage exceptional, cut-above-the-rest social media strategies for clients in a diverse range of industries from fashion and editorial to finance. Ensuring a competitive revenue per hour goal for all client work is met and surpassed.

ROLE:

  • As an Account Supervisor you will drive success for Socialfly by being able to:
  • Facilitate and grow strong senior-level client relationships from the ground up
  • Lead, manage, mentor and inspire a team of account members, creating processes to ensure more efficient delivery of work
  • Always be one step ahead of the current social media industry with the strategy you are implementing
  • Create strategic plans for clients that include content strategy, paid media planning, campaign strategies, email marketing and blog content
  • You will lead, direct and deliver client-facing report presentations and new business meetings
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns end-to-end, including strategy development, media planning, testing, execution, and analysis of campaigns
  • Compile, analyze and make strategic recommendations based on weekly and monthly social media campaign statistics
  • Strategize for new business prospects and lead proposal development to help win new business
  • Coordinate with external partners to execute marketing and promotional programs through their platforms and vehicles
  • Attend networking events and champion the Socialfly brand
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and get contracts to renew
  • Create, execute and optimize paid social media strategies
  • Place and A/B test Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter ads
  • Create weekly, monthly and quarterly internal reports
  • Most importantly you will have an unbeatable passion for social media with your finger on the pulse of all things evolving in the digital realm!
     

KPI’s:

  • Increase total client portfolio base revenue by 20% by end of year
  • Achieve an 85% client renewal rate
  • Maintain a competitive revenue per hour goal, to ensure the agency is on track to hit and surpass profitability goals
  • Hit client KPI’s on a monthly basis

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of Digital agency experience is a MUST
  • Paid media/advertising experience required
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams on successful projects and campaigns
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt in the face of ever-changing projects
  • Thorough understanding of marketing concepts including branding, advertising, strategy creation, content development and design
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and LinkedIn
  • Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and collaborative
  • Ability to provide creative input and suggest different ways to communicate marketing messages
  • Must be able to multi-task and effectively manage the timely delivery of work against short deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to sell ideas to clients and communicate social media results.
  • Great cross-team communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively to business, creative and technical people
