Social Media Account Manager

Socialfly, an innovative social media and influencer marketing agency located in New York is seeking a talented Account Executive to join their rapidly growing team. MISSION:
To support and manage exceptional, cut-above-the-rest social media strategies for clients in a diverse range of industries from fashion and editorial to finance. Ensuring strategy always aligns with current client needs and that goals met and surpassed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Help support account teams, working on a variety of brands in industries as diverse as fashion, beauty, lifestyle, food, finance, education, health, medical, travel, hospitality or editorial publications
  • Work closely with the rest of the Accounts department team to ensure client goals are reached and surpassed
  • Maintain frequent contact with clients, overseeing internal team collaboration and workflow
  • Work under the direction of their supervisor, helping develop, implement and execute strategies
  • Develop strong relationships with both our clients and your team members in the Creative, Accounts and Strategy teams
  • A team player, always willing to lend a helping hand and provide creative solutions to challenges
  • Willingness to collaborate and lend your own strategic ideas to help guide the brands you work on
  • Coordinate with our influencer and creative divisions
  • Stay up to date on social media strategy and best practices, ensuring you are always providing
     

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 1-4+ years of agency experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing projects
  • Proactive, multi-tasker, with high attention to detail and a problem-solver who can be a collaborative team player
  • Possess leadership qualities, with a desire to grow within a close-knit team
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • Up to date on all social media and digital trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
